The work, provisionally titled The Man Who Raped Me, is a performance piece through writing and encounter. The process has been ongoing since 2023; however, it is between April and June 2026 that the encounter with the protagonist of the piece will take place for the first time. In both Return to the Father and Sister’s Word, the narrative is constructed around the sexual abuse Azcona suffered within the family and close circle. In the context of the latter work, Azcona and one of the perpetrators of the sexual abuse establish contact. In that first conversation at a distance, PRR agrees to participate in an artwork by the artist in mid-2026. Since then, there have only been two more remote conversations, and in the last one, PRR acknowledges and takes responsibility for the sexual abuse. In this performance work, Azcona will carry out an action alongside the main sexual abuser from his childhood, at the age of three.
La obra, provisionalmente llamada El hombre que me violó, es una obra de performance mediante escritura y encuentro. En la actualidad el proceso está abierto desde el año 2023, no obstante es de abril a junio del año 2026 cuando se desarrollará el encuentro por primera vez con el protagonista de la pieza. Tanto en las obras Volver al Padre como Palabra de hermana se construye el relato de la parte de los abusos sexuales sufridos por Azcona en el ámbito familiar y cercano y en el marco de esta última obra Azcona y uno de los protagonistas del abuso sexual se ponen en contacto. En esa primera conversación a distancia, PRR accede a participar en una obra del artista a mediados del año 2026. Desde entonces únicamente ha habido dos conversaciones más a distancia y en la última PRR reconoce y asume los abusos sexuales. En esta obra de performance Azcona realizará una acción junto al principal abusador sexual en su infancia a la edad de los tres años.

In the work Mother and Son, Arancha R. Raposo takes on part of the violence directed at Abel and names some of the sexual abusers from his childhood, mentioning PRR for the first time. / Arancha R. Raposo en la obra Madre e hijo asume parte de las violencias hacia Abel y nombra algunos de los abusadores sexuales en la infancia donde cita por primera vez a PRR.
